Mike surprised English teacher Ruth Litterini when he presented her with a Milken Educator Award at a Chaparral High School assembly in Las Vegas. Litterini served as chair of her school's English department and coached the school's forensics team. Since the mid-1980s, the Foundation has recognized the achievements of more than 2,500 outstanding educators nationwide, each of whom has received a $25,000 award.
