Florida Governor Jeb Bush (right) and Hawaii Governor Benjamin Cayetano (left) joined Mike at the Milken Family Foundation 2001 National Education Conference. The Foundation presented a $25,000 check to each of 155 outstanding K-12 teachers and educators, totalling more than $3.8 million. Since 1987, the Foundation has recognized the achievements of more than 2,500 outstanding Milken Educators nationwide.
