Ruben Harutunian, a 2001 Milken Scholar, entered the United States Foreign Service and worked as a Vice Consul and Deputy Spokesman at the U.S. Embassy in Tel Aviv from June 2008 until June 2010. Beginning in August 2010, Ruben and his family began an assignment at the U.S. Embassy in Moscow.
