Mike joins teacher Jeffery Robinson, a 2001 Milken Educator Award winner, and several of his students at the Malcolm X Academy in Detroit, where Robinson teaches math and computer science to students in grades 5-8. Since the mid-1980s, the Foundation has recognized the achievements of more than 2,500 outstanding educators, each of whom has received a $25,000 award.
