Mike was interviewed at the Dallas Citizens Council (DCC) annual meeting by Ken Hersh, CEO of the George W. Bush Presidential Center, about the ideal components of building prosperity in a city; among the attributes Mike identified were having access to leading universities, medical research institutions, the arts, strong public/private partnerships, and the opportunity for all citizens to attain a meaningful life.
