With stay-at-home policies in place in early 2020, Mike (lower right, yellow frame) spoke to the Fall 2019 graduating class of the IFC-Milken Institute Capital Markets Program during a virtual graduation ceremony. The Capital Markets Program is designed to build a cadre of highly-skilled professionals across developing and emerging economies who have the analytical tools and practical experience to support job creation, strengthen their countries’ markets and explore innovative financial solutions to pressing social and economic challenges. It is part of the Institute’s Center for Global Market Development.
