Dr. Sandra Brady, a literacy specialist at Parson Elementary School in Las Vegas, was beaming with pride after Mike Milken presented her with a Milken Educator Award in October. Brady was one of 100 outstanding educators presented with a Milken Educator award, which includes an unrestricted $25,000 award and an invitation to the annual National Education Conference. The Milken Family Foundation has honored more than 2,500 K-12 educators since 1987.
