| Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger and Milken Institute Chairman Mike Milken discussed a wide range of topics relating to California's infrastructure - its roads, bridges, schools and development of environmental-friendly technologies - and how the lack of investment in the state compares to that of developing nations in Asia and the Middle East. The Governor called for expanding public-private partnerships to cut through regulatory and legislative bureaucracies, and both he and Mike urged more Americans to travel overseas to get a first-hand view of other countries.
